Why do I need a 3D tour? I already have photographs and videos. As technology becomes more innovative, consumers are looking for different ways to experience brands. What was once sufficient for a company to have amazing photographs and video reels highlighting a space, now lacks the immersive experience consumers are seeking. Photographs and videos dictate to your consumers the view you want them to see, they have no autonomy. Our virtual tour of your space creates that immersive experience your clients are seeking. They are able to freely explore every room of your property as if they were actually there, the most realistic way to experience a physical location without being physically there. Our virtual tour allows your client to deeply immerse themselves in your space with the click of a button.

How long does it take to do a scan? There is no preset time it takes to scan a property; building size, layout, furnishings, windows and mirrors are all factors that can directly correlate to the length of time it takes to do a scan. However, for a reference a 1,500 sqft space would take approximately 1 hour to complete. We value and respect your time. Because each space is unique in size and features, we recommend scheduling an onsite consultation for larger scale and complex projects. In doing so, we are able to accurately inform you of the length of time necessary to complete your project.
-
How much does a virtual tour cost? Each project is a unique space and our proposals are custom tailored to our client’s needs, because of this, we do not have set pricing. There are many contributing elements that are considered when quoting a project. Elements such as venue size, floor plans, quantities and complexities of tags and annotations are all factored in when we prepare our proposal. Rest assure that we will never sell you a product or service that will not directly benefit your business.
-

All completed projects will include the following at no additional cost: URL link/HTML code for you to embed your virtual tour in your website and social media accounts * “Doll house” view of your virtual tour High definition photographs pulled from the scan Highlight reel video of your tour *In order to be able to share your tour with the public (social media, Google Street View or on your website) you need an active hosting site.
-
What geographical areas do you cover? Our office is based out of West Covina, California, but we produce vitural tours for businesses and venues in Los Angeles County, Orange County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County and Inland Empire. If you're location is outside of the Southern California region contact us so we can discuss your needs.
-
Do I need to pay a deposit? It depends on the project. Most small scaled projects are billed once the tour is delivered. Larger projects may require 25-50% deposit prior to scheduling.
-
Do I need to do anything special on the day of scanning? To avoid any delays and help us create a superior virtual tour of your space, we recommend the following prior to our arrival. Clean the space including windows and mirrors. Arrange furniture, props and accents as you want them scanned. Remove sensitive information or personal pictures you do not want present in the tour. Declutter any counter space, desks and tables. Close any doors to rooms you do not want to be a part of your tour. Turn off any TVs, fans and make sure the area does not have any moving objects (including staff, patrons and pets!) The scan will take an image of your space along with the contents inside as is. We are not able to move furniture, de-clutter or hide any information that may be deemed as private or sensitive. Once scanning begins, any changes made to the space will negatively impact the quality of the scan and create a less than desirable product. Once we complete a scan of a space, we cannot “edit” or “photoshop” anything out. The only solution to removing anything from the tour is to reschedule another scan appointment to rescan the space at an additional fee.
-
Is special lighting required?Special lighting is not required. We will schedule your scanning appointment during the time of day that shows your space in the best lighting. For a more "cozy" feel, we recommend turning on any chandelieres, lamps etc. Our cameras take multiple exposures of each scan, this ensures your space looks its best in the tour.
-
My space has a lot of windows/mirrors, will this still work?"Yes, we can still create a virtual tour of your space, but will require more post-photography work once the scan is complete. We do not remove camera reflections from mirrors, glass or shiny surfaces, but we will always make every effort to create a professional tour for your space.
-
Can I still take on customers while you scan?Yes, but it will depend on the industry you are in. When we are scanning a room, it needs to be vacant of any moving objects (active screens, clients, staff members, even animals). If your business requires a lot of movement across your space, we strongly recommend scanning your space after hours.
-
Can you capture outdoor areas?Yes we can!
-
Do I need to pay for hosting?Depending on which type of tour your select 3D, 360 or Google Street View virtual tour, hosting fees may apply.
-
When will I get my virtual tour? Our goal is to provide you with your tour as soon as possible so you can begin showcasing your space to your clients. We pride ourselves in delivering your tour within 24-48 business hours. Additional time may be necessary for additional digital tags.
-
What if there are problems with my virtual tour?We take immeasurable pride in our work and always strive to provide an amazing product for our clientele. If imperfections beyond the norm arise in your tour because of our error, we will gladly schedule a rescan of your space at no additional charge. If imperfections arise due to oversight from the client, we can schedule a rescan at an additional cost.
-
Do I need a VR headset? The beauty of our 3D tours is that they do not require a VR headset, allowing more reachability and accessibility to your clients and consumers. Having said that if your client does have a VR headset, they will find your tour amazing and mesmerizing. They will find your tour to be a very realistic experience.
-
What is your cancellation policy? We understand sometimes unexpected events arise, if you need to reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Notices provided less than 24 hours before your appointment may incur an additional fee.
-
Can I "edit" the tour afterwards?"Currently it is NOT possible to "photoshop" or "edit" the virtual tour once its been scanned and created. That is why it is imperative that our clients make every effort to ensure the space is cleaned and staged to their liking prior to the scan. Please ensure there are no moving objects (TVs on, fans on, pets or people!) in the room. All personal belonging, pictures and sensitive materials are stored away. Rule of thumb to follow, if you do not want it on the internet, make sure it is out of sight. The only way to remove an object is to rescan the entire space for an additional fee.
